A graduate of Texas A&M University and the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College, he holds professional certifications as a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and GIAC Security Leadership (GSLC) practitioner. His experience spans cybersecurity governance, IT modernization, and space-enabled network integration, ensuring mission-critical systems remain connected and secure from ground to orbit.
Over his 20-year military career, he led multinational teams across 18 countries and major joint commands, guiding enterprise-scale modernization of global networks and cyber operations. His leadership emphasized collaboration, innovation, and ethical use of technology—principles that continue to define his work today in the private sector.
Now based in San Antonio, Texas, he advises on cyber policy, digital transformation, and resilient system design. Known for bridging strategy and execution, he helps organizations navigate emerging technologies with integrity and foresight.
